Branch

The Branch section of the system allows you to manage the settings for each of your individual branches. To view information for a branch, enter the branch code in the Branch field and press Tab. You can also use the to search for the correct branch. The name of the branch will appear in the field below. Click on any of the tabs above for information regarding a specific area of the Branch screen.

With the same idea in mind, we recommend that you do not delete any existing branches without first consulting DDI. In Edit mode, the Delete button in the bottom toolbar will delete the entire branch from the system.

To delete information regarding a branch, click the Edit button in the bottom toolbar, then select the individual field(s) and use the backspace key on your keyboard to delete the information.

Altering Branch settings may have unforeseen consequences and we recommend that you consult DDI Customer Care before making any changes.
