Consolidate all open stock transfers from one warehouse to another into a single transfer. The consolidation process also closes out and references the original transfers for easy tracking. Transfers can only be consolidated if more than one open transfer exists.
To Consolidate Stock Transfers follow the easy steps below. All open stock transfers will be included in the consolidation.
1.Select Inventory > Stock Transfer > Stock Transfer Entry.
2.Click the Consolidate button in the bottom toolbar.
3.In the pop up window (shown below) enter the From Warehouse and To Warehouse and click the OK button.
4.The system will look for any open product quantities on transfers and create a consolidated transfer for you to review. The transfers that are included in the consolidated transfer will be listed under the Comments section in the upper left corner of the screen (shown below).
5.Once the transfer is created, you can review and make changes to any products and transfer quantities, and add any additional products. After you have made your changes, click the Save button in the bottom toolbar.
