Create a Warehouse Buy Zone

Once you have created the buy zone, you can assign warehouses to it through the Warehouse screen.

To create a Warehouse Buy Zone follow the easy steps below.

1.Select File > Company > Warehouse Buy Zone.

2.Click the New button in the bottom right corner.

3.Enter a reference code for the buy zone in the Warehouse Buy Zone field. This field accommodates up to 10 characters.

4.Press Tab then enter a description of the buy zone in the Description field.

5.Enter the warehouse that you want to generate the Purchase Order to in the Purchasing Warehouse field and press Tab. The Purchasing Warehouse must be included in the Warehouse Buy Zone, and will appear as the Ship To address for Purchase Orders created for this Buy Zone.

6.Click the Save button to save your buy zone. You can now assign warehouses to the buy zone through the Warehouse screen.
