Delete a Territory Before you delete the territory, you need to reassign all of the customers in that territory to a different territory. You can do this through the Customer Mass Change screen. If you do not reassign the customers, they will have no territory. 1.Select File > Customer > Territory. 2.Enter the reference code in the Territory field and press Tab, or use the to search for the correct code. 3.In the bottom toolbar, click the Edit button then click the Delete button. The system will ask if you are sure that you want to delete the territory. Click OK to delete the territory from the system. |
