Delete a User

To delete a user follow the easy steps below.

 

WARNING! Users who have performed tasks in the system should not be deleted, as this will remove their user initials from those tasks. For obsolete users, you can change the password and give them an access level of 10, which will not allow them to perform any functions in the system.

 

1.Select File > Company > User Master.

 

2.Click the Edit button in the bottom right corner of the window.

 

3.Click on the red "X" to the left of the name of the user that you want to delete.

 

4.A box will pop up asking if you would like to delete the user. Click the Yes button in this window to delete the user.

 

5.Finally, click the Save button in the bottom right corner to save your changes.
