Customer Price Overrides

Customer Price Overrides allow you to override a product's contract price for specific customers, for a designated date range. You can also set the price to increase on a future date. This option is only available for Net Pricing when a Vendor or Contract is specified.

To set Customer Price Overrides follow the easy steps below. You can also set future overrides from this window.

1.In the Net Pricing window, right-click on the product that you would like to enter override prices for, and select Customer Price Overrides from the menu.

2.This will open the Customer Price Overrides window and display a list of all of the customers associated with the contract or job. Enter a Price, Effective Date, and Expiration Date, for each customer that requires a price override. You can also enter a Future Price (with Effective and Expiration Dates) to be used after the original override expires. Any customers that do not require overrides can be left blank. An example of an override is shown below.

3.Once you have entered price information for all of the necessary customers, click the Save button. You can continue to enter overrides for additional products, or click the Save button in the Net Pricing window. You can make changes to these prices at any time by repeating steps 1-3.
