To sign on to Inform double-click on the Inform icon on your computer desktop, or go to the start menu and select Inform from your list of programs. A prompt window will open in the program and ask you for your Password. Enter this information, making sure that Caps Lock is disabled as your password is case-sensitive, and press Enter or click OK.
If you enter incorrect information, you will receive a pop-up window telling you that one of the configuration parameters is not correct. Click OK and try entering your Password again. If you are still unable to sign on to the system, consult your manager to be sure that you are entering the correct Password. |
