Adding Contact-Specific Information |
Several fields from the Customer Contact screen can be included in your email to personalize it. You may want to verify that the information in these fields is accurate and formatted correctly. The following fields are currently available to be included:
Adding Contact Specific Information 1.Right-click in the email text area where you would like to insert the contact's information. 2.You can choose to insert the contact's First Name, Last Name, Title, Company Name, and Email Address. Your font settings will apply to this information. 3.When you choose the option to insert, the information will appear with three asterisks on either side (ex. ***Contact First Name***). When you send your email, the name of the contact will be inserted for each email, and the asterisks will not be displayed. An example is shown below. |
