Vendor Sales Report Parameters

The Vendor Sales Report Parameters screen allows you to select the information you want printed for individual vendors when you run the Vendor Sales Report.


To set Vendor Sales Report Parameters follow the easy steps below. Once you have set the parameters they can be edited or deleted at any time by selecting the vendor and making the necessary changes or clicking the Delete button in the bottom toolbar.

 

1.Starting from the main screen, select Sales > Vendor Rebates > Vendor Sales Reports > Vendor Sales Report Parameters.

 

2.Enter the reference code of the vendor in the Vendor field and press Tab. You can also use the to search for the correct vendor.

 

3.On the left side of the screen is the Report Columns section. Place a check mark next to the columns that you want to be displayed for the vendor in the Vendor Sales Report.

 

4.On the right side of the screen, select the reports that you want shown for the vendor when you run the Vendor Sales Report. These will determine how the sales are grouped and presented in the report. Click on any field in the example to the right for more information.

 

5.When you have selected all of the necessary parameters, click the Save button in the bottom toolbar. This will save the settings. Now you can print the Vendor Sales Report for the vendor to verify that the settings are correct.
