Customer Ledger: Payment History


To begin, select the year of payment history that you want to view by clicking the arrow and highlighting and clicking on the year. To view the entire payment history for the customer, select All from this menu.

Once you select the payment history you want to view, you will be presented with the information in the following format. Information regarding the payment is displayed in the green bar. Information regarding the invoice, or invoices, that the payment applies to are displayed in the white bar directly below the payment. It is important to note that there may be more than one invoice for a single payment. Click on any of the headings below to learn more.


Additional Functions

You can right-click on any payment for the Edocs and Inquire options, and also to collapse or expand the highlighted payment.

To the right of the  Payment History window you will see these option buttons. The Print and Send buttons will only appear after you have selected an invoice. Click on any button for more information regarding its function.
