Create a Price Group |

To create a Price Group follow the easy steps below. Once the price group has been created, you can assign products to it through the Information tab of Product Master screen.
1.Starting from the main screen, select File from the main menu bar, then select Product from the drop down menu, and finally Price Group from the slide out menu.
2.Click the New button in the bottom toolbar. This will open a new price group record.
3.Enter a code for the price group in the Price Group field and press Tab. A "New Record" box will be displayed to the right of your entry. If you enter a code that is already assigned to a price group, the system will display information pertaining to the existing price group.
4.Enter a description for the price group in the Description field and press Tab.
5.You have the option to link a major price group to the new price group. Enter the appropriate code in the Major Price Group field and press Tab. You may also leave this field blank if you choose.
6.When you have entered the appropriate information, click the Save button in the bottom toolbar to save the price group to the system. You may now assign products to this price group through the Information tab of the Product Master screen. |
