Delete a Salesman

WARNING! Salesmen who have history (orders, invoices) should NOT be deleted from the system. Deleting a salesman with this history may result in inaccurate salesman reporting and can cause errors when viewing information in the Sales Pivot View. Instead of deleting the salesman, change the name of the salesman to indicate that they are no longer active and use Customer Mass Change to assign any customers to a new salesperson.

1.Select File > Customer > Salesman.

2.Enter the reference code for the salesman in the Salesman field and press Tab, or use the to search for the correct code.

3.In the bottom right corner, click the Edit button then click the Delete button. The system will ask if you are sure that you want to delete the salesman. Click OK to delete the salesman.
