Print a Sales Order Inquiry Report |
Use the search fields under the Inquiry and Analysis tabs to choose which Sales Orders to include in the report. Focus your report by Starting and Ending Dates, Gross Profit % or $, Order Type and more. All of the included Sales Orders will be displayed in the window , allowing you to check, edit, or cancel them, without searching for each individual order. Then, choose to print your report or simply view it on your screen.
To print a Sales Order Inquiry Report follow the easy steps below. If you are planning to print the report, be sure that your printer is turned on and has enough paper inserted into the correct tray.
1.Starting from the main screen, select Sales > Order > Sales Order Inquiry.
2.Now, enter the criteria for your report. You can use any of the fields under the Inquiry and Analysis tabs to select the Sales Orders that will be included. The more search criteria you enter, the more focused your report will be; each included Sales Order must meet all of the criteria in order to be included.
3.Once you have entered all of your criteria, click the Search button in the bottom toolbar. The window will display all of the Sales Orders that will be included in the report.
4.The Sales Orders listed in the window will be included in the report. Now, click the Report button in the bottom toolbar. The printer window will pop up and you can select the appropriate printer and number of copies. Then, click the Print button to print the report. You can also click the View button to view the report on your screen. |
