The Sales Order Inquiry screen allows you to search for individual Sales Orders using a variety of search parameters. You can also identify orders with low Gross Profit, Point of Sale orders, and orders where a user entered a Price Override. You can also use this screen to track backordered items by selecting "Backorders" from the Sales Order drop down.
Additionally, use this screen to print focused Sales Order Reports. Use the search parameters to select the necessary group of Sales Orders, then click the Report button to print a report of the orders, including all of the information displayed in the window. The more search parameters you enter, the more focused the report will be, saving you both paper and time spent finding the information that you need.
You can also use this screen to Edit or Cancel sales orders that have not yet been completed. Click on an option below, or one of the tab above, to learn more.
