Purchasing Matrix |
The Inform Purchasing Matrix is a collection of formulas set to calculate the price of a product based on different purchasing scenarios. You can go back and change these formulas at any time, provided you have the correct access level. For example, if you pay 10% less than the list price each time you purchase a product from a selected vendor's "Dispensers" product line, you can set the formula so that the price will be calculated automatically when a purchase order is generated.
Below you will notice several pricing scenarios that may be used in the purchasing matrix. Click on any of the scenarios to view step-by-step instructions for entering the appropriate formula into the matrix.
