To convert a Sales Order to a Quote follow the easy steps below. If you have converted the Sales Order from a quote, the original quote is still saved in the system. You can view it using the Sales Order Inquiry screen, by entering the customer and selecting "Quotes" in the Open Sales Order field. If you have made changes to the Sales Order and now want to convert it back to a quote, you can follow the instructions below. The system will save the original quote, Sales Order, and new quote until you delete them.
1.Starting from the main screen, select Sales > Order > Sales Order.
2.In the upper right corner of the screen, enter the reference code for the Sales Order in the Order Number field and press Tab, or click the 
to search for the correct Sales Order.
3. Once you have selected the correct order, click the Edit button in the bottom toolbar. Then, under the Header tab, check the box to the left of Quote (shown to the right).
