Customer Master: Edit/Delete a Contact |
Contact information can be edited at any time. Changes made to the contact are tracked under the Audit tab.
To edit information for a contact in the Customer Master, click once on the hyperlinked contact name. In the Customer Contact window, click the Edit button at the bottom of the window or double-click on and field displayed. Make any necessary changes, then click the Save button in the bottom right corner to save your changes.
To delete a contact from the Customer Master, click once on the hyperlinked contact name. In the Customer Contact window, click the Edit button at the bottom of the window or double-click on and field displayed. Click the Delete button. A window will pop up asking if you wish to delete the contact. Click the Yes button in this window to delete the contact. Contacts with historical tasks and events should not be deleted. |
