Customer Master: Contacts

The Contacts tab displays individual contact information for your customer contacts. To view more information about a contact, click on the hyperlinked contact name to open their detail window. The contact details allow you to update the contact information, schedule tasks and events with the contact, send emails, and attach documents. For more information, click on any of the options listed below.

 

CONTACT NOTES have been converted to completed tasks under the Activities tab for each contact. Notes can be entered for a contact by creating a task or event and entering the information in the Notes field.
