Company Master |
The Company Master contains company information and settings that will be set up at the time of your Inform installation. As these settings are company-wide, we recommend that you do not make changes without first consulting DDI Customer Care. Making changes may result in unforeseen consequences that can require billable services to correct. Settings in the Branch Master will override any overlapping settings in the Company Master. For more information regarding specific fields in the Company Master, click on any of the tabs shown above.
To search for a field or setting in the Company Master, click the Search button in the bottom toolbar. Then type any part of the field name in the search window and click the Find button. The system will select the first field that matches the search. If this is not the correct field, click the Search button again and click the Find button. The system will then select the next match. Note: This will search the entire Company Master, not just the tab you have selected.
To edit the Company Master, click the Edit button in the bottom toolbar. Use the tabs to navigate to the field(s) that you want to change. Click on the correct field and enter the necessary information. Yes or No answers should be entered using a capital "Y" or "N". Once your changes are complete, click the Save button in the bottom toolbar to save the changes.
