Inform Mail

Inform Mail is not email. It is mail within the system that allows you to communicate with other departments and coworkers. It also allows you to receive department-specific system-generated notification. For a complete list of system-generate notification, click here.

Through options in the Company, Customer, Product, and Vendor Master screens, you can set the system to send you notification when a Sales Order does not meet the minimum Gross Profit percentage, a product reaches the critical inventory level in your warehouse, or you receive products that you need to fill a Sales Order.

You will also receive notifications when you fax or email from the system to let you know if your message was sent.
