Delete a HazMat code
Before deleting a HazMat code, be sure that you do not have any products assigned to it. Use the Report button in the Product Master to identify any products with that HazMat code. Then use Product Mass Change to assign those products to an alternate code.
1.Select File > Product > Hazardous Material-DOT.
2.Enter the reference code in the Hazardous Material Code field and press Tab, or use the 
to search for the correct code.
3.Click the Edit button in the bottom right corner, then click the Delete button. A window will pop up asking if you are sure that you want to delete this entry. Click the Yes button in this window to delete the entry.
