Inactive Inventory Report

The Inactive Inventory Report displays all inactive products currently in your inventory, along with their value based on the cost field that you select. You can also choose to print this report for a specific warehouse, or to include all warehouses in the report.

 


To print the Inactive Inventory Report follow the easy steps below. You can also click on any field in the screen image shown for more information. This report can be printed, faxed, emailed or exported to a spreadsheet.

 

1.Select Inventory > Inactive Inventory Report.

 

2.The Selection Criteria window will pop-up. Use this window to select the group of products that you want to include in the report. For more information about selection options, see the Selection Criteria page.

 

3. Once you have selected your products, click the OK button to go to the Inactive Inventory Report screen.

 

4. Now select the warehouse that you would like to view inventory information for, using the drop down menu in the Warehouse field.

 

5. Select the cost column that you want to use to calculate the value of the inventory from the drop down menu in the Cost Column field.

 

6. When you have selected all of the necessary options, click the OK button in the bottom toolbar. From the printer window, select the appropriate printer and number of copies. You may also view the report on screen before you decide to print it by clicking the View button. Click Print to print the report. If you checked off the Export box, a window will pop up asking you to choose a name for the file and a location for the exported file to be saved. Enter this information, then click the OK button to export the report.
