Set Sales Order minimums for a salesman
Order minimums look at the total amount of the Sales Order, not the amount that is delivered on the invoice. Orders that do not meet these minimums will not pay commissions. You can go back and change or remove these values at any time.
Overriding Minimums
Individual orders may have their minimums overridden by checking the "Ignore Order Minimums" checkbox under the Salesman Commissions tab. This can also be checked in the Invoice Inquiry screen for the invoice by clicking on the Change button and then the Salesman Commission Cost tab.
1.Select Sales > Salesman Commissions > Salesman Commissions Matrix.
2.Enter the reference code for the salesman in the Salesman field and press Tab. You can also use the 
to search for the correct salesman.
3.Click on the Setup tab, then the Commissions tab at the bottom of the window. Then, click on the Sales Order Minimums tab.
4.Then click the Edit button in the bottom right corner.
5.Enter as many minimum values as necessary. These amount will apply to the order total, which can be seen in the Sales Order screen, under the Final tab, in the Order Totals section. Once you have entered the values, click the Save button. Minimum amounts will take effect immediately.
