Edit an Existing Financial Report

To edit an existing financial report follow the easy steps below. You can also print the report after you have made the necessary changes. As this is a printed report, be sure that your printer is turned on and connected, and that you have inserted a sufficient amount of paper into the correct printer tray before you begin. You can also view the report on screen.

1.Select Accounting > General Ledger > General Ledger Inquiry. Click on the Financial Reports tab.

 

2.Enter the name of the report that you would like to edit in the Report field and press Tab, or use the to search for the correct report.

 

3.Click the Edit button in the bottom toolbar. The "Edit Mode" flag will appear to the right of the Report field.

 

4.Make the necessary changes to the report. When you have completed your changes, click the Save button in the bottom toolbar. You can then go back to print the report by following the instructions for printing an existing financial report.
