Price Matrix: Edit a Price Formula |

To edit a price formula in the price matrix, follow the easy steps below. You can edit price formulas in the matrix at any time and the changes you make will become effective immediately, unless you specify otherwise.
1.Select Sales > Pricing > Price Matrix.
2.Now you must enter the combination of the price formula that you want to edit. If you are unsure of the exact combination, you may enter only one of the variables, or browse a list of existing price formulas. When you have entered the appropriate information, click the Search button.
3.The system will now display a list of all of the available and existing pricing combinations for the variables that you have entered. Combinations displayed in blue are available combinations; they do not have any current price formulas entered. Combinations displayed in green are existing combinations; they have at least one current price formula entered. Select the appropriate combination when it appears in the combination window by double-clicking on the name of the combination.
4.The Price Matrix Entry window will pop up. Click the Edit button in the bottom toolbar of this window. This will open the combination for editing.
5.To edit an individual cell in a price formula, double-click on that cell, then delete the existing information and enter the new information. For more information regarding additional price formula options, see the Additional Options page.
6.When you have completed your changes, click the Save button in the bottom toolbar to save the changes to the Price Matrix. |
