The Recalculate Salesman Commissions page allows you to calculate the dollar value of the commissions each of your salesmen is entitled to, up to the selected date, based on the formulas in the Salesman Commissions Matrix. You can choose to recalculate the commissions for an individual salesman, or for all salesmen at once.
To recalculate salesman commissions follow the easy steps below. The recalculations will be based upon the current existing formulas in the Salesman Commissions Matrix. For more information regarding setting, editing, and deleting these formulas, see the Salesman Commissions Matrix.
1.Starting from the main screen, select Sales > Salesman Commissions > Recalculate Salesman Commissions.
2. The system will automatically enter the current date into the As Of Date field. This will recalculate the commissions based upon the sales that have been completed as of today. You can also choose to change this date using the drop down calendar.
3. Enter the reference code for the salesman whose commission you would like to recalculate in the Salesman field and press Tab. You can also leave this field blank to recalculate commissions for all salesmen.
4. Click the OK button in the bottom toolbar. This will recalculate the commissions for the selected salesman. |
