Customer Reward Program

The Customer Reward Program allows you to reward customers with a percentage of what they spend. Once the customers and products are set up, you can use the Customer Reward screen (CRM > Customer Rewards Program) to monitor Sales and Co-op Dollars, make adjustments, and issue bonus amounts. Rewards points will appear in the Customer Reward Program screen once the order has been invoiced.
