The Customer Order Pad screen is a stand-alone version of the Customer Order Pad that you can access through the Sales Order. From this screen, you can adjust product pricing, print a Customer Order Form or Customer Price Analysis, and view items that the customer is due to buy. You can only view a single customer at a time; if you are looking to print Customer Order Forms for a group of customers, use the Customer Order Form screen.
Products display on the Order Pad according to the customer's Ship To. Items that are quoted for the customer's SAME Ship To will display under all Ship To's for the customer. Items quoted for a specific Ship To will only display on that Ship To's Order Pad, unless it has also been quoted for or purchased by another location.
To view the Order Pad for a customer follow the easy steps below.
1.Select Sales > Customer Order Pad, or click on the Order Pad icon 
in the toolbar.
2.Enter all or part of the customer's reference number or name in the Customer Number field and press Tab. You can also use the 
to search for the correct customer.
3.The Order Pad will automatically default to display combined sales history for all of your customer's Ship To locations. To view sales history for a single location, select it from the Ship To drop down menu to the right of the Customer Number field.
4.Click the Search button in the bottom toolbar. (The system may take a few moments to process, depending on the size of the customer's history. If you notice significantly slow processing times throughout your system, ask one of our Customer Care representatives about Database Resizing).
5.The window will display all of the products that your customer has purchased from you, based on the number of years of history that are set to be displayed in the Company Master.
To view Price Method, Cost, and Gross Profit information, hold your mouse over the Current Price of the product. If there are no price breaks available, the List price will be displayed. The Cost displayed is the cost from your Sales Order GP% Cost Column, specified in your Company Master under the Pricing/Costing tab, unless there is a specific cost formula set for the product and customer. This tool tip will also display any future costs and future prices for the item.
To view Product Analysis information, click on the Product Number of the product to open the Product Analysis screen. You can also right-click on the product and select "Product Analysis" from the drop down menu. Exiting the Product Analysis screen will return you to the Order Pad.
To view Product Master information, right-click on the product and select Product Master from the drop down menu.
