Sales Order: Order Pad

The Order Pad can be accessed by right-clicking on a blank row under the Line Items tab in the Sales Order screen, and selecting Order Pad from the menu.

 

The Order Pad will only display products that have been previously quoted for or sold to the customer.

 

This includes discontinued items, but not inactive items since they cannot be bought or sold.

 

You can use the Order Pad to select previously purchased products for the Sales Order, change prices, and view the last price, quantity and purchase date for each product.


Add products to the Sales Order

Change the price of an individual product

Apply an Increase Percentage to a group of products

Clear adjusted prices from a group of products

Hide products from the Order Pad
